I have a client who wants to have an email template that he can re-use. He will need to change the images and the text for future emails, but he doesn't know any html or css.

Is there a way to create email templates for customers to re-use? if so how?

Thanks

The easist and perhaps best way I can think of is to introduce them to mailchimp or constant contact or similar. Either that or have them send you the new information and you create them  (and if your sneaky, you could thentake the information to MC or CC and let them do it for you)

I'm going to second Mailchimp.  If you want custom email templates there is no comparison between the two services and Mailchimp is free for 2,000 contacts to receive 6 emails per month.
