How to get a server behavior to have a cascading menu?

As a side job/hobby, I'm doing some PHP and web development for a client.
This guy refuses to actually learn how to program, but has gotten along
remarkably well simply with the tools already in dreamweaver. His sites are
nothing major, simply database driven websites with a mysql backend. I want
to give him a bit of flexibility by creating some custom server behaviors
using Dreamweaver's Server Behavior edit tool, however, some of the ones I'm
making are quite similar to each other and I'd like to be able to group them
much like the cascading menu for Show Region. What do I have to edit to
create another cascading menu?

You just create a sub directory and put the extensions in that sub directory

eg /serverbehaviors/php_mysql/your_extensions/

And then put the extension files in the your_extensions directory.
