How to get rid of this popup icon in Dreamweaver 11?

I've been struggling with this nuisance for a while but now I need to find a way to fix it because it's driving me nuts!

I'm using Dreamweaver CS5 or v.11. When I finish typing text and try to proof-read it this icon pops up and blocks the view so that almost always I have to click somewhere else to make it not pop up again:

Is there any way to get rid of it?
