HTTP 404 Error

Explorer ,
Jan 05, 2007 Jan 05, 2007

Hi There. Can anyone shed any light on my problem. I am trying to build a website using Dreamweaver and Coldfusion as the Application server. I have placed my files in the root folder, inside the CFusionMX7 folder on the c Drive. I have made the Testing Server ColdFusion and Access as Local/Network. However, when I try and preview the page in my IE it gives the http 404 error. Can anyone help.
Many Thanks

If you installed CF to use its standalone server, and therefore are placing
files in CFusionMX7/wwwroot folder then you need to call them using
Http://localhost:8500/sitename
