I am unable to run any Dreamweaver CC version after 15.0.0

Please help.

After running the latest update to ver 19, Dreamweaver crashes right after opening. The only version that works is a rollback to 15.0.0.

I am running a Windows 10 machine.

Suggest you update Win10 if you haven't already.  Also update graphics drivers directly from the graphics  card manufacturer's website.

If that doesn't help, try booting Windows in Safe Mode and then try launching DW 2019.  Safe Mode eliminates all but essential processes from loading.
