I can not open dreamweaver

I have not used dreamweaver for some time and installed the new version now, but it will not open, but it is running behind somewhere because i can see it in the task list. I have tried to delete and reinstall but nothing works. I hope someone can help?

Just for info I am on window 10 and my pc: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz

Restart your computer.

Right-click on DW icon in Start menu.  Select More > Run as administrator.

when Dreamweaver is launched (and you don't see it)... what happen when you hovering the Dreamweaver icon on the task bar... does the thumbnail reveal anything ?
