I did "edit: select recently modified" in the "remote/local site" page, and uploaded those files. All the folders and sub-folders are now open. I used to be able to close them globally by doing "ctrl -" on the "site" folder, then just the plus (+) sign. And all folders were closed. It's not working like that any more. Any hints on how to globally collapse all folders? I don't know how many hundreds of folders I have; I'd rather not do each one separately...
Some of the forums indicate that there should be + and - signs on the folders; the screenshot is what my site looks like, no + and - signs.
I wasn't aware of the shortcuts you mentioned.
When I want to manage all the folders in the file panel, I use the Ctrl key.
If you hold down the Ctrl key while opening the root folder (Site - Commune) from the file panel, all the folders and subfolders contained therein will be opened.
If, on the other hand, you close the root folder, still maintaining the Ctrl key down, all the folders contained therein will be closed.
So in your case, open the root folder from the file panel, press the

So in your case, open the root folder from the file panel, press the Ctrl Key down and close the root folder. Now when you will re open the root folder, all the contained folder will be collapsed.
