I need advice

hey guys, i have just now finished reading the PHP book 2nd edition by Larry Ullman. Of course, for me as a beginner, i learned alot. But, for the type of database i am looking to create, i need to learn more. I need to create a database similar to this website here, i have to warn you guys , it is an adult website http://www.bearwww.com , i was told to buy the book "PHP and MySQL by Larry Ullman and that would help me.
I need to create a database that will allow my users to register and create a personal profile ,and also let them have a photo gallery enabling other users to browse thru them with a choice to instant message eachother.

I am going to get a book this weekend , but i wanted to ask advice from u guys on what book would be of my best interest.

Hope someone can help me.

Luis, nobody can tell you whether the book by Larry Ullman will help
you. It really depends on you.

Sometimes a book doesn't help because it's badly written. Sometimes it
doesn't help because, even though it's well written, you're not on the
same wavelength as the author.

You've used a book by Larry and don't feel that it's taught you what you
need. Maybe it's time to try a different author's approach.

thanks i appreciate that. Its not that i didnt learn, i learn ALOT, but not what i really need in concret. Can u recommend me a book for it since u obviously have experience on this.
