I need the codes to install audio and video charge per minute chat for an adult site

I need the codes for video and audio chats charge customers per minute rates staring from:$1.25,$ 1.99, $2.99, $3.99, $4.99, $5.99 ,$6.99 $7.99, $8.99, $9.89, $10.99, $11.99, $12.99 ,$13.99 ,$14.99, $15.99 .
also pay per view video to charge customers to view the video staring: $12.99, $13.99 and $25.99 $41.99 .All this chats and software cannot be save and paste, also cannot be downlounded their computer or record what is in the private chat.
Monitor transation from the administrator screen , also add models to work in the website and they can post the picture so clients can buy time. The administrator page pay models for their work and credit time & money for customers . Also, if customer want to view the video they can buy it.All this will be for an adult site pay per view and audio and video chat pay per view I would like to get the codes and the scrips so I can put it to work with Dreamweaver.

I hate to break this to you, but you are essentially asking for codes for an entire site. The tasks you want addressed in code are no small matter and will likely need to be written in PHP or maybe even JSP. And this isn't just a matter of someone sending you codes and you plugging them in. You are in need of database structure and even if you get the codes, you will only be at the tip of the iceberg.

Furthermore, I have no idea how much support you will receive here for help on building an adult site.

Further still, the codes you ask for would likely come from someone else who already has a similarly structured website, so don't hold your breath waiting for a competitor to hand over all their code.

You're going to have to do what I did and learn how to do all this stuff yourself. Or, if you have the cash at hand, hire someone to build the site for you.
