I really need to re-activate this program, but they cannot help me.  I have the serial number and the last re-activation code which no longer works.  Is there anything I can do to be able to use this program now?

Thanks.

At this point, the only thing available from Adobe would be a DWCC subscription.

They no longer sell or support any CS version of the program.

No, not possible.  Besides, 13 year old software is no good to you.  The web has changed too much since CS3 came out.

A 7 day trial of DW 2020 costs nothing if you cancel it before the 8th day.  After which it automatically becomes a paid subscription that costs USD $20/month for 12 months.

Or you if you can work with code, get a FREE modern code editor like Brackets or VS Code.
