Index.htm does not display on remote computer

My site sukur.info (hosted on the ucalgary website) displays fine -- all except for the sukur.info/index.htm file. I've tried "everything ....

I'm using DW CS5.5 on a Mac running OS Mojave.

Did you define your local site folder and upload the index.html file to your server's root directory?  See screenshot.

Currently, your domain name page is called home.htm, not index.

Maybe that's why it's not working.

Only 1 domain name page can exist on the server.
