Embed the text in the image, or
Use the image as a background of some container (table cell,
or div, etc.)
and put your text in the container.
Be aware that this is a commonly asked new user question, and
it's usually a
very bad idea - think about what will happen when someone
resizes the text
in their browser.
Why do you want to do this?
