When I opened a start template " Carousel Jumbotron" I've got this inforamtion. Could you help me what is it and how to fix this?

Close Dreamweaver.

Re-Start Dreamweaver 2021.

1. Go to Site > New Site.  Define a local site folder on your primary hard drive.  For example, C:\MyTestSite\.

2. Go to File > New > Starter templates > Bootstrap templates.  Select the Agency layout from column 3.  Hit CREATE button.

4. Save newly created file (Ctrl/Cmd + S) as BS-Agency.html.

That will give you a Bootstrap starting document to work with.
