Dreamweaver is not a CMS, so what you are asking for does not make sense.  DW can help you edit code of your site, or develop wordpress plugins/themes because of its ability to help you test and deploy code.  Wordpress is a CMS and if you are not looking to code, it can help you publish pages without needing that ability.  If you are looking to update your site, would you be better off hiring a developer to help with your Wordpress site, or if it doesn't do what you need you would be better off looking for a replacement CMS, but the first step in that is understanding why you want to leave Wordpress.

I agree with Ben.  Your request makes no sense.  Are you really sure you want to do this?  And if so, why?  What's wrong with your current site?

IMO, there is no upside in taking a dynamic, database-driven WordPress site and making it over in Dreamweaver as a static HTML site.  That would be a catastrophic mistake because all your site's functionality and backend scripting would be lost.
