keywords for searching archives

I'm trying to search the extensions forum for anything that will help me with postage and handling using Web Assist e commerce suite. I must be using the wrong keywords because I'm not finding anything.
Any suggestions?

It's difficult getting a response on that forum (I haven't had any luck), but it doesn't seem like I have much of a choice. I'll give them another try. Thanks.
