Library Item editing.

I am trying to edit local links in an library item and what i am getting is something like this:

<a href="Library/document.html"> instead of  <a href="document.html"> and I am unable to get rid of this "Library" thing.

Could someone explain me, please, what I am doing wrong ?

Yes, it seems to me that the site is defined in DW. I have understood my error. Thank you for the hint !
