I'm not sure if they come out and list dates directly on their site anywhere, I've never seen them, but CS3 support ended when CS4 came out.

At that point, activated software would run, but Adobe no longer sold or updated it. The activation servers remained up for a number of years for people who would reinstall on new machines and so forth, but the software was EOL.

A few years later, they took down the CS3 activation servers entirely and offerend a free download of an "offline activation version" to those who could supply a valid (purchased) CS3 license activation number.

In 2019, they took that option away.
