Limit to menu extensions in MX2004?

Mac OS 10.3, DW MX2004, WebAssist eCart extension

After reinstalling the latest version, I'm still missing some of the WebAssist eCart extensions in my "server behavior" menu. WebAssist tells me I'm running into a bug in DW MX2004 for MacOS. They say there's a limit to the number of menu/submenu items (26 to be exact) that can be installed (see http://www.tom-muck.com/blog/index.cfm?newsid=61). I'm not convinced that is the issue because I have well over 50 menu/submenu items for "server behaviors" and everything else seems to work fine. Has anyone else run across this?

If it is a DW bug, it appears Adobe/MM has not fixed it unless you upgrade to DW8, and I hate to do that since I'm betting DW9 is right around the corner. Suggestions?

It was fixed in Dreamweaver 8. I posted about it here:

There is not much you can do about it in DW MX 2004.
