I am trying to find the PHP Login User Server Behavior because it doesn't seem to have been installed on my version of Dreamweaver. I am currently using DreamWeaver MX2004 ver 6.1 with Php MyAdmin. Can someone please tell me where to go to download a copy of this extension?

I think you may be a bit mistaken as to which version you're working with. DWMX was version 6 (and 6.1), and DWMX2004 was version 7. If you're really using Dreamweaver MX, then I believe that that server behavior was not built into the program, I believe it was added in DWMX2004. To get it for DWMX, you'd need to add a third party extension. A couple of extensions that show support for DWMX (6) are:
http://www.tecnorama.org/document.php?id_doc=48
http://www.phploginsuite.co.uk/

If you upgrade then it'll be part of the application. If you want more than what's built into later versions of Dreamweaver, then check out SecurityAssist which the company I work for ( WebAssist ) created: http://webassist.com/professional/products/productdetails.asp?PID=114
