There is no Window > Insert. That's part of the bar that's missing.

Hi @MMLCharters,

You posted in a 4 year old discussion.  I branched this question to a new topic for you.

 

In the latest DW 2021, Window > Insert (Ctrl + F2)  produces the following toolbar (see screenshots.)

The Insert Window is not automatically turned into a toolbar across the top of the program. When you first open it under Window > Insert, it will be a floating panel like this...

Click and drag the named tab of the Insert Bar (where the red dot is shown above) to the top of your application frame until you see a blue highlight....

Release it when the highlight appears and you'll get what Nancy shows in her second screen capture.
