how can i change mouseover behavior to on click?

select the OnClick event from the dropdown in the behaviors panel, some
event's may not be available in certain browsers, use the "Show events for"
submenu in the add behavior menu, and select a browser that supports the
event on the selected element

it works, however on click opens my popup window plus another IE window
