Movable menu ??

Hi, I am designing a webpage where the menu appears as a pop up when clicking on an image.
But I would like the user to change its position on the page as he likes.
Is there a way to be able to move the menu around freely in each of the different subpages???

If the menu comes up as a true popup then they can easily move it. If you
are meaning that comes up in a DIV, then you can set the parameter of that
to be draggable.
