MS DataShape and ODBC Driver for SQL Server

I am using an ODBC Driver for SQL Server and would like to use the MSDataShape feature of MDAC 2.8. I find examples for OLE DB but not for ODBC. I want to use this for a nested repeat region on my ASP page.
