Multipe display working area problem

I'm using a laptop (Dell Vostro 5041) with a usb-c docking station. I have two external monitors connected to the docking station.
I've created a "working space" (mylayout.png) using both external monitors: one for code and one for tools.
Opening DreamWeaver all the tools windows, that should be in the second external monitor, are usually in the main monitor of the laptop in a mess (brokenone.png). Even using the restore function in the layout manager, I cannot get my layout back. I tried to save it, to recreate the layout and to change its name and nothing works.
On the old laptop with the same docking station it worked fine. What can I do?

That sounds like a possible graphics card issue.

Do you have the latest drivers for it?

I've read in other product forums where dual video cards can create conflicts.
