Help! I tried to call and the woman told me how to reset my password and get online, but I can't figure out how to get my dreamweaver working again. I am so tired. What do I do.

What happened? Did your paid subscription suddenly revert to a 7 day Trial?
Try logging out of Creative Cloud Desktop App with the Gear Icon. Wait a few minutes. Then sign-in with your paid username and password.

When I texted back and forth with them yesterday, we established that I've been paying monthly for years - including this March 2017 on the 15th. Why did they turn it off?

You need to be keep log in on creative cloud installer when you use any Adobe software. There is agent that verify your credential.

Please do not disregard my 1st and 2nd replies to you above about logging-out of Creative Cloud and back in again. Sometimes you need to reset especially after an operating system upgrade.
