My DW CS4 pages wont show on browser until I deleted recordset from pages. Why any one?

Greetings,

After designing my search and blog site, and went on to try to add image upload so clients and visitors could upload images, to the site, but instead things fell apart shortly after that. I started to have serious design problem.

I start to witness problem with the recordset on the registration page, login page search and the rest of the recordset where ever they live in the design. Presently, I am using MSN SQL SERVER 2005 for my database and I didn’t see any problem using it. I also used msn access in the past before turning to SQL.

Haven’t said all these, my question are to see if any one knows how to fix my problem.

PROBLEM: When I open any of the pages to test my design, the page will not open on the browser. It will rather point to recordset on the error 404 page and soon the recordset is completely taken out of the page, the page will then open on the browser. Does any one know how I could fix the problem I have with Dreamweaver CS4?

You have scripting errors on the page. First step is to turn off friendly error messages in your browser to see if it will provide more meaningful error messages. However, since it's a 404, it could be that your host has disabled detailed error reporting as a security measure. Try to get that enabled so you can see the details of the errors. Without that, it's nearly impossible to troubleshoot.
