Need Dreamweaver developer

I need to consult with someone who is very, very familiar with DW and reasonably familiar with PHP and MySql. I have a site in FrontPage, very well structured and maintained, which grew to an unmanageble size. Those familiar with FronPage and it's, literally stupid way of uploading (called publishing) will understand the frustation to wait 50 minutes or more for FrontPage to move a couple of files onto the host... That is when the "navigation" structure changes... otherwise updating the site is reasonable...

However, we've had it!! and we're not going to wait for the new Microsoft product which we know will be full of bugs and incompatible with Microsoft own "legacy".

I need this in DW for reasons I'd like to elaborate over the phone. Please email me. (I don't know if I have to post an email address here.. this is my first message on this board..)
