Having trouble with Big Sur and Adobe software. Can not open at all latest version of Dreamweaver. Told to downgrade OS. which system is best keeping my other apps functional. Getting bad reviews for Catalina and not sure if Mohave will work with the newest model of Mac. Anyone else having issues with Adobe products. Thank you.

Can you this KB article and recreate the user config folder and cache files: https://helpx.adobe.com/dreamweaver/kb/troubleshoot-javascript-errors-dreamweaver-cs6-cc.html ? If that doesn't work you can try to reinstall the product.  And as a last resort, try logging in as a different OS user and confirm there is no user account corruption?

  • Did you use the Adobe Cleaner Tool to wipe all old 32-bit apps off your computer BEFORE you upgraded your OS?  If not, I suggest your run it now.  It may not get rid of everything but what it doesn't get you can remove manually.

  • Restart your computer.
  • Install the latest Creative Cloud Desktop App followed by the latest versions of other CC apps.
  • Restart your computer again.

Hope that helps.
