NOT WORKING

Hi i tried to use dreamweaver at home using my school account and it doesn't let me. Any ideas what can i do?

I don't know for sure but I think you can only use the one copy of Dreamweaver on 2 computers, so maybe your school has breached its capacity, unless it has special education arrangements.

Maybe someone else will be able to provide you with better information.

Did you contact your school's IT dept to confirm you have:

a) access from home and

b) a school log-in ID and password that is totally separate from your personal ID and password?

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar again.
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your school's ID and password.
