On Update Field Drops Original Value

DW 8.02, ASP, Pure ASP Upload Extension

Insert a record and upload the images works fine, however when I go to update the record, if I don't re-upload images the previous file paths update null or empty. Any help appreciated, below is the code.

No understanding, I can agree with, no answer, well there is always an answer if we take time ti dig in to what we don't understand as it relates to these topics isn't there? Bumps don't work well? It got a response if not a solution. NO, I would rather not try again. Why make it a guessing game. I would rather be told what you didn't understand.

This problem was resolved by changing the field type that help the image paths from memo to text. It appears you cannot have a memo field read twice on the same page. - Thanks for all the help!
