Phatfusion's Image Menu, how to get it to work?

I have found several code changes on the internet, which are all different, but still cannot get it to work. Can anyone please give a thorough description, step by step, on what changes to make and where to make them? I get the part where you have to make the class changes in the code for each of the pictures in order to make it relevant to your site, but the next steps I am not to sure about. Again though, the solutions I found differed. Not even sure how you link an image in this menu. I just downloaded it, so it is the newest version and I have Dreamweaver CS4.

Yes, there is no documentation that I could find on that site. I did e-mail the creator. No reply as yet.
