Preference for related files extensions

I am working on a site that uses quite a few js libraries. It is not my job function to edit these libraries only the css files and page code.

There should be a preference to set what file types or extensions are included in the related files function. I have no need of the js libraries to be loaded and shown every time I open a page that is linked to them.
