IN case you didn't type menu name correctly, the help menu
item should be called Manage Extensions to bring up Extension
Manager, not "Dreamweaver Extensions".
Not sure what's going on as I've not seen this issue before.
However, if you have the MXP file downloaded already, if you double
click on it then it should automatically open in Extension Manager
if it is installed.
Extension Manager for the CS3 suite when installed should be
found here assuming a default install:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Extension Manager\Extension
Manager.exe
If it's not there, then you may need to uninstall all
programs that use it, which include Flash, Fireworks, and
Dreamweaver. So if you have those in your CS3 install then
uninstalling only one of them may not remove Extensions Manager.
