Progressive streaming from web site with control buttons?

I am looking for a free, or not-so-free script or Dreamweaver extention that will enable me to progressively stream mp3 music on my web pages, but one that does not start playing unless you press a play button. Also, it would be nice if it had other control buttons.

If anyone is aware of anything like this, I sure would appreciate it!
