"Delete remote files not on local drive" not working

Probably a couple of months ago 'Delete remote files not on local drive' stopped working - ie instead of marking them for deletion it marks them for download.

In all other respects Dreamweaver (2017.1) is behaving impeccably. Any suggestions?
