"Put" and "Get" blue arrow icons are gone

For some reason the "get" and "put" blue arrow icons are no longer on my right side toolbar section. There is only they ftp:// with the site address I use for my managing the site. Where can I find the little blue arrows to save my page files to the remote?

You have defined your site as an FTP and RDS Server. Since you are now
editing the files directly on the server (in other words, there is no PUT
and GET), that icon is not available. This is a very very very bad idea,
unless you are really expert at your craft.

You can fix it by defining a NEW site and a "SITE" not as "FTP and RDS
Server", that points to your desired local folder.

I didn't do this on purpose. I don't even now how this happened. I want to get the arrows back and edit the site the way it was before. Anybody know how to do this?

Okay, I just made it a "site" instead of ftp. And I go the blue arrow icons, but when I click on the connect icon it does not connect.

I already told you how to do it. Your site is incorrectly defined. Create
a new site with SITE | New > Site (NOT FTP & RDS Server).
