Radio Buttons and a comments field

I'm using ASP and an Access db to build some pages in DWMX04. I've built a questionnaire that has a section where choices are made using a group of radio buttons with fixed values(I used the insert-->form-->radio group option). So far everything is working nicely. However, I want to add a radio button that works with a text field allowing the user to select that button where the value recorded to the database is something they type in. I can't figure out how to do this so I seek your help.
