Random record for ASP

I would like to have a section on my ASP page to generate a random record that pulls from my database. So that each time the page is opened/refreshed, a different record is displayed.

Any ideas?

Yes.
Of course, since I don't know what database you're using, any or all of
those ideas could be useless.
