Real-time Preview is blank

installed DW 2017 9314 build this morning.  When I click real-time preview in the bottom right I just get a blank white box, please see the attached screen-shots showing before the click and when clicked.  I must obviously be missing something or that's a very big bug!

no I don't see that, I get the blank white square seen in my above pic

Oh, a reload of DW has fixed it!
