Recommend Shopping Cart Software

Can anyone recommend Shopping cart software which will allow me to do the following:
1.) design my site completely in dreamweaver & then simply add the Shopping cart code into my pages (as opposed to being forced to use a web based pre-designed template type of thing)
2.) calculate prices of products based on variations for size, color, etc. & also Quantity discounts using only 1 buy button (as opposed to having to list out all variations with a buy button for each variation)
3.) pay using Google Pay

Look at Webassist's eCart. I think it is an awesome product!

Could also look at charoncart at charon.co.uk.

It's a good product and there is already a very well built store ready for you to just customise and use. Cross selling, feedback, recommend a friend, user's who bought this also bought that and so on. It's a good product to learn from and relatively easy to customise.

It's only asp and asp.net though, whereas webassists ecart is both asp and php, and from what I understand limited coldfusion although it might now be more compatible
