Recordset option is not present on my DW CS5

I created an Access database and save it as an ODBC. I also created a asp javascript form in DW and inserted my fields matching my database. When I got to bindings all options are checked and opiton 4 says"Press the plus(+) button and choose Recordset."

Well I don't have a "Recordset option when I press the plus(+) button. Has anyone seen this before and/or can someone help me?

Javascript is no longer supported for ASP in DW. Is there a reason you don't want to use VBScript?
