recursive loop problem

I recently changed servers but when i type my URL into the address bar totalrestitution.com i get redirected to totalrestitution.com/totalrestitution.com/index.
Is there some type of a setting that I can adjust to fix this problem?
If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

John, it looks like you changed server on 25th March and made an alteration on the 27th March at a couple of minites before 1:00 am. When you changed the server, did you also change the DNS to point to your new server?
