Reinstall Dreamweaver on new Computer

I have it on one computer but I want it on a different computer what should I do ?

You didn't say which version.  If you have older Creative Suite, use your installation disks if you have them and run the installation routine.   When prompted, enter your serial number.

If you're a creative cloud member, install CC Desktop App and then install DW from the Apps folder.
