should work like any drive on the machine. the main thing is
that you don't
install it on more systems than your license provides, but
the tech should
work ok of installing DW to both places. I've had DW
installed on a USB
drive before (200GB), and had no problems with it. Moving it
around?
Again, that can be tricky, would not recommend it, but may
work with careful
observation.
OP - you would have to be very careful with extensions and
what-not.
Anything you install on your thumb-drive is going to need
registry
compliments on the PC.
I wouldn't really recommend doing this, unless you're just
wanting to have
your DW installation on a thumb drive. Moving it around is
goign to prove
to be quite the hassel. Since you're just storing program
files, you're not
really saving anything that gets regularly updated. Having
just the site
files works on your thumb drive would be a better solution,
IMO.
