Saved page not displaying in preview or website

I'm new to DW CC2017, but not new to DW. I recently upgraded and since I'm having issues. I tried to edit two pages on my website. The edit went fine so I tried to upload to the web, but I can't get the new version of the page to display. It shows the old version. I tried to FTP with Filezilla, no luck. I went to the local version on my HD and when I open the file it displays the new version. So I tried Real-time preview and that shows the old version even though I have selected the saved new version.

Can somebody help me figure this out? I have been to my web host and there is nothing wrong there. It is as if my system is maintaining the old version no matter what and there are two copies of the same file.

There can be a number of reasons why this is happening. One of the major causes is browser cache especially when using Chrome.

First try another browser or clear the cache in Chrome. If that does not work, make sure that the new files are uploaded to the correct location.
