Scrolling in design view doesn't work well at all

When I am in design view, I can not scroll through my page. It lags a tone and gives you crazy broken imagery some times. I saw that others are having this problem. I even tried uninstalling DW. But could not find a way to install an older version of DW.

My creative cloud interface does not give me the option of installing an older version of Dreamweaver.

Are you a Cloud member or are you on a trial version?

Trials don't have access to previous versions. Members definitely do.

If you are a member, are you looking under

Apps > Find Additional Apps > All Apps > View Previous Versions.

This is paid for. I therefore assume I'm not using trialware.

There was one app/package available, but it wasn't Dreamweaver.

Can you post a screenshot?

Yes, paid for is not a trial but sometimes Cloud software reverts to trial in error

To elaborate, the design view is stuck on one part of the page. The document is a html newsletter to be read view email. It uses a table structure to place content across and through out the page. When in code-design view (horizontal split), the design view is stuck on one of these cells/tables.

Check your code for errors.  When DW sees bad code, it sometimes chokes.
