securing and restricting access to database records view

i have a page where one can view all of the records in a database.  i would like to make this secure.  some of the confidential fields include name, address, phone and e-mail.  any suggestions?

One suggestion may be to use Dreamweaver's restrict access server behavior.

awesome, thanks for the suggestion! will have to start looking into connecting more of my things using what tools dreamweaver has to offer with databases!  i just feel lazy doing it this way and not learning...
