Server and Testing Server FTP not saving user name and password

Using DW 2020 15211 build and DW will not save the FTP user name and password for either the server or testing server. I have to enter the user name and password each time I use it.

This appears to only be happening with 1 site,

Try creating a new site definition and delete the corrupted one.

Alternatively if this is a Mac, you could try deleting the keychain stored password for that site and have the OS resave.
