Server setting not being saved on Mac

I have deleted or reinstalled dreamweaver several times along with the sites Ftp setups,  the server settings for a site is not being saved and each time I launch DW I have to enter the FTP user aname and password. 

Anyone have any idea on how to fix this

If Ben's suggestion does not work, alternatively, I would suggest creating a new user account on your Mac and see if the same behavior can be replicated. Sometimes system files can be corrupted or permissions can be set wrong through updates and it could be easier to migrate to a new OS user as opposed to trying to troubleshoot repairing permissions or other tasks.

• Which Mac operating system?
• Which version of DW?
