Setting simple properties on selected text

In older versions of Dreamweaver there were simple pull down menus to set text size, font, size change, color, etc  I've just upgraded to Dreamweaver 20.2 and those things, which used to be easy now seem to require me to edit my tags by hand.  What am I missing here?  I've tried right-clicking with text selected and there are some menus (e.g., font) but nothing for size, color, and alignment, the ones I need the most.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Go to Windows --> Properties --> and click on the CSS tab.  All of the options you are looking for are there to control the font/color/size for that CSS property or inline if needed.
